We designed the operational backbone first — then layered AI exactly where it earned its place: inbound RFQ triage, rate lookup, document extraction, and drafting of quotes for human review. The result is a system where one ops person covers what three used to.

We kept the two honest with each other — the public site and the operational tooling share the same data layer, so project status, capacity, and contact routing are never out of sync between what the customer sees and what the yard runs on.
